Magic of  Paris , Paris by day , Paris by night, Paris Fashion and Arts capital, city with so multifarious faces , Paris remains the first tourist destination worldwide.

Thanks to the Baron Haussmann who organised the city  as a snail’s shell in 1860 , Paris is divided into 20 districts.

In Paris , everyone has his favourite area and each one gets his own Paris.

For some, it is the intellectual Paris ,on the left bank , between the Seine River and Saint Germain, from the mythical cafés of Saint Germain des Prés (Les Deux Magots,Le Café de Flore,Le Procope…) and publishing firms in the 6th district, to the famous Art galleries of Rue de Seine , the prestigious high schools and universities nestled in the Latin Quarter

Some will rather go for the ostentatious luxury of the Golden Triangle in the 8th district, with its superb shops Avenue Montaigne , Avenue George V, Avenue des Champs Elysées , and the outstanding jewellery displays of the 1st district : along Rue de la Paix , Place Vendome .

Some are attracted by the Paris fashion and will pace up and down the high fashion streets  from Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré up to Place de la Concorde where the queen Haute-Couture sits enthroned  .

Paris so proud of its old historical districts such as Le Marais , stretching away into the 3rd  with the Picasso Museum and 4th district with the legendary Place des Vosges ; the birthplace of Paris Ile de la Cité with cathedral Notre Dame in front of Saint Michel ; the peaceful and attractive quays of Ile Saint Louis.

Paris also anxious to please with its futurist and majestic constructions like in the 13th district, in the 15th district where residential towers take advantage of beautiful views over the city, in the new business hub of the capital La Defense where accommodation skirt round the commercial properties step by step.

Whereas some prefer the long and large Avenues of the 7th district around the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower , the calm of the elegant and prestigious streets in the 16th district around Trocadéro , Passy, Pont Mirabeau , the verdant and spacious areas in Neuilly.

Some others like better the village atmosphere which emerges from the Batignolles in the 17th district , from Place du Tertre and the narrow streets leading to the Sacre Coeur basilica in the 18th district, the street lamps and big pavements of Menilmontant in the 20th district invested by new designers ,artists and restaurants

Some are attracted by the green Paris :  with the Jardins du Luxembourg in the 6th district ,the biggest park of Paris which delights writers and students  ; the Parc Monceau in the 8th district ,a gem within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe ; the romantic Victorian-style Parc des Buttes Chaumont in the 19th district ; the post-modern park André Citroen in the 15th district.

Paris is also a great draw for Arts lovers with a crowd of places : Centre Pompidou ,the temple of Modern Art nearby Les Halles ; Louvre Museum case of absolute master pieces settled between Jardins du Palais Royal and the Seine River; the delightful Musée Rodin hidden behind the Invalides ; Opera Garnier in the 2nd district for the ballets and Opera Bastille for the lyric art…

Paris, as any other big capital , provides also with a lively nightlife : the night-bars in the bustling rue de Lappe of the 11th district , rue Oberkampf in the 10th district , the red-light district of Pigalle in the 9th arrondissement , Montparnase and Saint Germain for its famous jazz clubs, the very private club of the right bank from Rue Royale to Champs Elysées

With its fabulous food and wine, stylish lifestyle, Paris is a dream city for hedonists and romantics but it is also a European capital which can make financial dreams come true for many property investors providing with top quality properties in stunning locations. This dream is an affordable luxury and a wise investment.
